Personal Training

There will always be new ways of training promoted by modern research. H.A.S Fitness will incorporate ‘functional training’ within exercise programs to prevent wasting time on inefficient routines. Maximizing your time by designing custom workouts designed to meet your goals will be our AIM. We will observe and assist you to improve your form to increase effectiveness while reducing chance of injury by demonstrations and teaching points to correct movements and techniques.  Having regularly set appointments with a H.A.S Fitness personal trainer will help you stick to your fitness program. ‘No more excuses for skipping workouts’ LET'S HAVE FUN GETTING HEALTHY

We will help you see your successes, plan your diet, and provide feedback to help you reach your goals, all without making you feel judged.  Our SMART nutritional advice will be realistic and attainable.  We will help you take small steps to achieve big results.  It is our belief that 'we're all different, some people progress faster than others, compare yourself to who you were yesterday' (Gymaholic).
